Mission & Vision

To work generally for the improvement of Academic Education in response to the challenge of the fast changing socio-economic situation and progressive needs of our society.
To promote ideal relationship among teachers, non-teaching staffs, students, administrations and guardians.
To uphold the unity and fraternity among the teachers and non-teaching staffs of secondary and higher secondary level.
To exchange views and ideas among teachers on common academic drawbacks with the purpose of creating a better academic atmosphere.
To propose the introduction of a continuous system of education and an integrated programme for education.
To publish research works, bulletin, magazine and books.
To fight against any kinds of discrimination, injustice, victimization, malpractice, casteism and undemocratic incidents/behavior/attitude from any corner.
To enlarge the scope of Higher studies and to extend it to the backward and weaker section of the society.
To safe guard and maintain the independence and autonomy in the field of Education by resisting all undemocratic effort coming from any corner of the society.
To build awareness against the new idea of Consumerism in Education.
To uphold the high ideals of Patriotism, Socialism, Secularism, and Democracy.
